I am a chartered Civil Engineer, and I also have two post-graduate degrees in Management and Organisational Behaviour. After an initial career in water and offshore structures I joined PA Consulting Group. I have since spent the rest of my career with various consulting organisations such as Arthur D. Little and have been independent since 2005.
In the course of my career, I have tackled many projects to change or transform businesses often with the objective of achieving more for less. Much of my career has been spent in the oil industry, but I have also worked in many others from shipbuilding to defence to telecommunications and hamburger manufacturing!
I specialize in business and organisation transformation. However no transformation is worthwhile if there is no real, tangible benefit, which usually (but not always) means more for less.
